The task was to design and implement a P2P application which distributes a MPEG transport stream (TS) from a streaming server via the UDP protocol to multiple clients.
The idea was to live broadcast the football World Cup 2006 in Germany as a UDP stream. Later, the application was made available to all employees and students of the Institute for Informatics (IFI).
